“I had the unfortunate experience of waking up in the hospital and was extremely distraught and confused. Christine was able to meet me and provide some support and clinical explanations to ease my anxiety. She guided me through the process of my admission and arranged equipment and homecare services to be in place for a seamless discharge home. She also set up physiotherapy and taught me numerous techniques to optimize my independence. As my mobility improved, she obtained permanent equipment tailored to my needs. She went above and beyond by finding me a new family Doctor as well as securing a handicapped parking placard while ensuring I was ready to drive.  Most importantly, she provided reassurance and education to my family and I as we navigated our complex healthcare system. I continue to practice my rehabilitative exercise program and utilize the adaptive devices and healthcare apps to this day.
